Irwin Budnick, 67, died Nov. 20, 1999, in Burbank.

Mr. Budnick was born in Montreal and lived in Burbank for 41 years. He

was employed in the printing business for 40 years.


Mr. Budnick is survived by his wife, Charlotte; daughters Marcia L.

Milner and Brenda Sue Jacobs; sister Estelle Rita Grimes and

brother-in-law Robert Grimes.

He was the cherished grandfather of Erin, Allyson and Ryan Milner, and


Madeline, Hillary and Bridget Jacobs.

Services were held Nov. 23 at Mt. Sinai Memorial Park.

Salvatore Joseph Tarantino, 85, died Nov. 24, 1999, in Burbank.

Mr. Tarantino was born in Milwaukee. He worked as an aircraft


machinist at Menasco Corp. in Burbank for 20 years. He was a resident of

Valley Village.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; daughters Rosalie Phillips,

Josephine Mapes and Kathleen Fisher; grandchildren, Tony, Scott, Jeff,

Kevin, Kari and Tracy; and great-grandchildren, Justin, Shane, Zack,

Ashley, Amanda and Ella.

A graveside service was held Tuesday at San Fernando Mission Cemetery.



Gina Giambra, 29, died Nov. 24, 1999, in Glendale.

Ms. Giambra was born in Panorama City and raised in Glendale. She

graduated from Hoover High School. She was president of Alpha Gamma Signa

Honor Society at Glendale Community College and achieved a bachelor’s

degree in 1993 from UCLA, graduating Cum Laude.

She lived in Hermosa Beach and was a spot broadcast manager for Rubin

Postaer and Associates Advertising.

Ms. Giambra is survived by her parents, Bob and Kathy Giambra; sister,

Michelle and brother-in-law, Mike Cross; great aunt, Jeanette Tostevin;

uncles, Patrick Walsh and Tom Giambra; and aunts, Judy Walsh, Helen Walsh

and Mary Giambra.

A vigil service was held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at The Valley Funeral Home

in Burbank.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Robert

Bellarmine Catholic Church in Burbank. BETTY L. CURTIN

Betty L. Curtin, 65, died Nov. 26, 1999, in Burbank.

Mrs. Curtin was a lifetime resident of Burbank and was employed as a

receptionist at HR Only.

She is survived by her son, Michael L. Curtin; three daughters,

Deborah, Pam Nay and Tamara Matthews; and six grandchildren.

Visitation was Tuesday at Eckerman-Heisman Funeral Service.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Eckerman-Heisman

Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will be at Grand View Memorial Park.


Samuel Caldwell Haver III, 69, died Nov. 25, 1999, at his home in

Harold Sylvester Norris, 93, died Nov. 26, 1999, in a convalescent
