Richmond -- Phelps

Mullaney Ann Richmond and Jason Nathaniel Phelps, both of Encino,

were married at St. Robert Bellarmine Church with Father Lawrence

Signey officiating.

Victoria Warme was the matron of honor and Meghan Richmond was the

maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Rachael Richmond, Janee Richmond

and Kelly Richmond.

The bride was given away by her grandfather, retired Burbank

police officer William Richmond.

The best men were Michael Warme and David Duenas. George Gambaro,

Arthur Zenian and Brian Phelps served as groomsmen.

A reception followed at Encino Glen. The couple honeymooned in San

Francisco and the Bay Area. They will make their home in Encino.

The bride is the daughter of Coleen Richmond of Burbank.

The bride graduated from Bellarmine-Jefferson High School in 1998

and works as a graphic designer for Color Me Mine Enterprises Inc.

The groom is the son of Barbara Phelps of Temecula and Brad Phelps

of Burbank.

He graduated from Burbank High School in 1994. He works for

Strategic Clinical Engineering as a digital imaging network

technician.
