Warner Bros. given Jaws of Life

The Burbank Fire Department this week donated a Jaws of Life tool to

the Warner Bros. Fire Department, the first such device the studio

crews have had.

The device, which is used most frequently to cut through a vehicle

in order to free trapped passengers, was donated Tuesday at the Fire

Training Center, fire officials said. Several Burbank firefighters

were on hand to train several Warner Bros. firefighters on how to use

the tool, he said.

The Warner Bros. Fire Department is a crew of firefighters who

respond exclusively to incidents on the Warner Bros. Studio lot.
