CLAUDE R. DUQUETTE

Claude R. Duquette, 68, died Aug. 4, 2003, in Whitehorse, Canada.

He was born July 19, 1935, in Ontario, Canada, and lived in

Burbank for 39 years.

He worked in construction for 45 years. His interests included

fishing and camping.

Mr. Duquette is survived by his sons, Jacques, Andre, Pierre and

Guy; daughter, Sylvia Crowell; and eight grandchildren.

The service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Xavier

Church, 3801 Scott Road.

WALTER LEROY RICKELL

Walter Leroy Rickell, 65, died Aug. 18, 2003, in Burbank.

He was born Dec. 6, 1937, in Harrisburg, Pa., and lived in Burbank

for 55 years.

He worked as a writer and photographer for 40 years.

Mr. Rickell is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughter, Martine;

son, Keith; and two grandchildren.

The memorial Mass was Friday at St. Finbar Catholic Church.

Valley Funeral Home was in charge of direction.
