The following information was taken from police reports:

MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH

* 1800 block of Grismer Avenue: A 42-year-old Burbank woman was

arrested Thursday on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine.

* 902 N. Third Street: a 15-year-old Burbank boy was arrested on

suspicion of vandalism after a teacher got him to admit he was

responsible for gang-related graffiti on the school campus.

NORTHWEST DISTRICT

* Whitnall Highway and Burbank Boulevard: A 27-year-old Palmdale

man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possessing cocaine.

* Chandler Boulevard and Keystone Avenue: A 19-year-old Burbank

man told police that three masked men attempted to carjack him at

gunpoint Monday. The man said he was waiting at a stop sign when a

car pulled up behind him. The men got out of the car and walked

toward him pointing guns. He told police he drove away before they

reached him.

* 2800 block of North Catalina Street: A 20-year-old Beverly Hills

man was arrested Wednesday for driving under the influence.

AIRPORT DISTRICT

* 2200 block of Valhalla Drive: A 24-year-old Pacoima man was

arrested Thursday on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine after

police approached him for being illegally parked in a red zone.

SOUTH SAN FERNANDO DISTRICT

* 300 block of East Elmwood Avenue: A 24-year-old Los Angeles man

was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault after allegedly pushing

a 19-year-old Burbank woman during an argument.
