* 300 block of Hollywood Way: A 35-year-old Hollywood man was

arrested Monday during a routine traffic stop on suspicion of driving

under the influence.

MEDIA DISTRICT NORTH

* 1601 W. Victory Blvd.: A Linens ‘n Things manager told police

an unknown woman stole towels, linens and bath sheets worth about

$350 on Monday. When the manager attempted to approach her after she

exited the retail store, she ran to her truck and drove off.

* 1300 block of North San Fernando Boulevard: A 33-year-old North

Hollywood man was arrested Monday during a routine traffic stop on

suspicion of possessing methamphetamine.

SOUTH SAN FERNANDO DISTRICT

* 200 block of East Cedar Avenue: A 32-year-old man was arrested

Sunday on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after he

allegedly cut the arm of his brother, a 65-year-old Burbank resident.

After police arrived, the alleged assailant kicked an officer while

resisting arrest.

MAGNOLIA PARK

* 1000 block of West Verdugo Avenue: A 24-year-old Los Angeles man

was arrested Friday on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and a

glass pipe.
