Parade needs volunteers
Burbank on Parade organizers are seeking volunteers to help plan
the April parade.
Help is needed in all areas of putting together the 23rd annual
event, which travels east along Olive Avenue from Keystone to Lomita
streets.

Joslyn planning talent show
Senior adults who sing or play a musical instrument are encouraged
to sign up for the annual Talent Show on Jan. 26 at Joslyn Adult
Center.
Applications are available at Joslyn, 1301 W. Olive Ave., Burbank.

Intermediate bridge class forming
The next intermediate bridge session will begin Jan. 23 at the
Joslyn Adult Center.
The class fee is $20 and there is a $5 instruction book fee.
Instructors of the class are Retired Senior Volunteer Program
volunteers Ginny Chulack, Mary Mayor and Elsie Cleveland.
Senior Day Trips scheduled
A list of Senior Day Trips in January, February and March is
available for seniors 55 and older at the Joslyn Adult Center.
Trips planned are to Agua Caliente, Showtime Cabaret at the
Castaway, Palm Springs Follies and the Rat Pack Show in Ontario.
Prices range from $11 to $73, depending on the destination and
inclusions. Full payment must be made at the time of registration.
