The group hopes to collect about 200 bikes, refurbish them and give them away for Christmas. The group will clean the bikes and replace at least the tires, seat, handles and anything else that needs repair.

The Bike Angels are collecting bicycles and tricycles for children aged 2 to 17 at the Burbank Town Center this weekend.

All bikes will be restored by the Bike Angels and donated to low-income kids through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program.
