Today, the Los Angeles City Council will decide whether to approve NBC Universal’s controversial expansion plan, which now includes a bike path along the L.A. River. An op-ed on L.A. Times looks at what could come in the future.

Tonight, a Studio City Neighborhood Council committee will hear about a proposal to install a walking bridge from the Metro Red Line Universal City station to Universal Studios, reports Patch. The meeting is slated for 7 p.m. at the CBS Studio Center.
