Burbank Bus is a failure

I see no reason for the continued operation of the Burbank Bus. If the main purpose of a bus line is to transport more than a few passengers from one point to another, this line is a failure. The usual number of passengers I’ve seen in a number of observations is zero or one, never more than two.

Surely there is better use for the money being wasted on the Burbank Bus.
