Burbank girls’ volleyball rolls past Pasadena

GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL

Burbank d. Pasadena, 25-10, 25-19, 25-10: Burbank had an easy time notching the Pacific League victory Thursday.

Allison Tiegs paced Burbank (9-6, 5-3 in league) with nine kills and four blocks. Teammate Denise Daniel added seven kills, Lily Winn had 15 digs, Sara Treadway had 15 assists

And Justine Quinteros had 13 assists.

Pacifica Christian d. Providence, 25-23, 25-20, 25-21: The Pioneers dropped their first Liberty League contest with the loss Wednesday.

Lorena Ubillus had eight kills, Regina Benedicto added seven and Jennifer Nardoni had 19 assists for Providence (8-4, 2-1).
