Chase M. Houser

Huntington Beach native and 1978 Edison High School graduate Lisa Johnson-Houser is pleased to announce her son Chase M. Houser will be matriculated from The United States Air Force Academy on May 28, 2014. He will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a Minor in Mandarin. He will receive his Commissioning as a Second Lieutenant. He will be assigned to Los Angeles Air Force Base as a Finance Officer.
He is the son of Lisa Johnson-Houser and Mike Houser, of Sunnyvale. He has a younger brother, Reed Houser, of Sunnyvale.  His maternal grandparents, originally from Huntington Beach are Carl and Mary (d.1996) Johnson. His paternal grandparents, of Huntington Beach are Ann and Jerry (d.1994) Houser. He received his congressional nomination to the United States Air Force Academy from Congresswoman Anna Eschoo (D). He participated on the Div 1 USAFA Fencing Team. He was a member of Cadet Squadron 34.
Family and friends are very proud of him and his commitment to serve in the United States military.
