* Newland Street: A woman reported banging on her door that had

been going on for more than an hour. She reported more banging later

on Sunday in the 20000 block at 1:13 a.m.

* Chrysler Circle and Beach Boulevard: Two subjects were reported

to have been smashing things, possibly trying to smash car windows,

at Chrysler Circle and Beach Boulevard at 2:37 a.m. Saturday.

* 11th Street: A woman reported that she got into a fight with

her boyfriend at 4:27 a.m. Saturday.

* Fairway Lane: A man reported that he feared his 78-year-old

father may have died as he had no pulse and did not seem to be

breathing in the 16000 block at 5:43 a.m. Saturday.

* Westminster and Magnolia Street: It was reported that a male

suspect had taken cash, a purse and a bank bag at Westminster Avenue

and Magnolia Street at 7 a.m. Saturday.

* Beach Boulevard: A man reported that the front and side windows

of his car were shattered in the 16500 block at 9:54 a.m. Saturday

* Hanover Lane: A man reported his vehicle was broken into and

his wife’s purse was stolen. The man learned his wife’s credit card

was being used at 9:55 a.m. Saturday.

* Goldenwest Street: A subject was trying to fill a prescription

that had been forged in the 19000 block at 10:20 a.m. Saturday

* Adams Avenue: A man reported that a man was threatening to

break his face and throw him through the window of the laundry mat in

the 10000 block at 11:04 a.m. Saturday.

* Crest Street: A man reported that his roommate, who just moved

out, stole $200 worth of goods in the 300 block at 11:06 a.m.

Saturday.

* 10th Street: A man reported his 8-week-old puppy stolen from

his truck in the 600 block at 2 p.m. Saturday.

* Warner Avenue and Springdale Street: A man reported that after

he was nearly in a car wreck with another vehicle he pulled over and

the driver of the other car slapped him and spit in his face at

Warner Avenue and Springdale Street at 2:43 p.m. Saturday.

* Professional Circle: A man reported that he saw a male take off

a screen and climb into a window at an office in the 7500 block at

3:09 p.m. on Saturday.

* Sherborne Lane: A woman reported that she has a restraining

order against her neighbor and that her neighbor was throwing rocks

into her backyard over a wall almost hitting a parked car in the

19000 block at 6:04 p.m. Saturday.

* Warner Avenue: Three males were reported to have been fighting

in the 6500 block at 9:16 p.m. Saturday.

* Vanguard Lane: A man reported having heard shots fired in the

14500 block at 9:21 p.m. Saturday.

* Cielo Drive: A woman reported that her daughter saw a peeping

Tom at 10:54 p.m. Saturday.

* 19th Street: Two males and a female were in a taxi when the

driver overheard that the woman might have been drugged. The female

passenger vomited in the cab and wouldn’t clean it up in the 400

block at 10:57 p.m. Saturday.

* Lakeside Lane: A woman said she saw someone in her backyard and

that her husband thought someone was trying to get in through the dog

door in the 1400 block at 11 p.m. Saturday.

* Bluewater Lane: A man reported that he found a man sleeping on

his porch. When he woke the man up he said he was looking for his cat

in the 16500 block at 3 a.m. Friday.

* Main Street and Palm Street: The fire department called because

they witnessed two people loading a body into the back of a pickup

truck at Main Street and Palm Avenue at 3:14 a.m. Friday.

* Olive Avenue: A man reported the rear window of his car smashed

in the 1200 block at 9 a.m. Friday.

* Gothard Street: A man reported that a former employee had

stolen a check about a year ago and recently made it out to himself

for $3,000 and cashed it in the 16000 block at 12:54 p.m. Friday.

* Van Buren: A person reported that their neighbor was

threatening them with an ice pick in the 17500 block at 2:22 p.m.

Friday.

* Huntington Street: A woman reported someone running across her

roof and jiggling her door knob in the 800 block at 3:22 p.m. Friday.

* Breezy Lane: A man reported that he heard shots being fired. He

thought it was coming from across the street in the 18500 block

Friday.
