Area 1

Cliff Drive: A vehicle window was reported smashed in the 700 block at 9:11 a.m. Tuesday.

Jasmine Street: A woman was injured in a traffic collision at North Coast Highway at 6:51 p.m. Saturday.

Jasmine Street: A stolen bicycle was recovered at a garage sale in the 200 block at 10:42 a.m. Sunday.

Locust Street: A laptop was reported stolen from a vehicle and the window smashed in the 300 block at 7:07 a.m. Tuesday.

North Coast Highway: A box turtle was taken into custody in the 100 block at 9:05 a.m. Saturday.

North Coast Highway: A Carlsbad man was issued a citation for battery after allegedly hitting a bouncer at a restaurant in the 300 block at 1:14 a.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession in the 1000 block at 12:30 p.m. Monday.

North Coast Highway: A $3,224.40 fraud was reported at a mailing center in the 600 block at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Laguna Niguel man was issued a citation for possession of a syringe at Canyon Acres Drive at 6:08 p.m. Jan. 28.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Ladera Ranch man was cited on suspicion of speeding and reckless driving in the 600 block at 1:45 a.m. Saturday.

Area 3

Alta Laguna Boulevard: A radio and satellite receiver, totaling $250, were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 3000 block at 11:11 a.m. Monday.

Broadway: A woman was arrested on traffic warrants after a complaint that she was aggressively panhandling in the 200 block at 4:13 p.m. Jan. 27.

Forest Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 200 block at 8:50 p.m. Jan. 29.

Glenneyre Street: A garaged vehicle was reported burglarized, with a $430 loss, in the 400 block at 6:28 a.m. Monday.

Mermaid Street: A vehicle was reported burglarized and the window smashed in the 400 block at 11:46 a.m. Monday.

Park Avenue: A 17-year-old boy was detained on a narcotics investigation, and later released to his parents, at a school in the 600 block at 10:40 a.m. Jan. 27.

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 100 block at 12:42 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: An Iowa man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 100 block at 2:03 p.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A man was arrested on a trespassing charge in an underground parking lot in the 500 block at 10:39 p.m. Sunday.

Barracuda Drive: An Irvine man was issued a citation for drug possession in the 700 block at 8:31 p.m. Jan. 29.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: A San Clemente man was issued a citation for drug possession after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway at 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

Carmelita Street: Change was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1800 block at 11 a.m. Saturday.

Cress Street: A Woodland Hills man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at South Coast Highway after a traffic stop at 2:23 a.m. Monday.

Diamond Street: An Aliso Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Glenneyre Street at 12:25 a.m. Saturday.

Mountain Road: A Las Flores woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at South Coast Highway at 12:54 a.m. Saturday.

Ocean Front: A man was issued a citation for drug use in the 1200 block of Cress Street beach at 11:51 p.m. Monday.

South Coast Highway: A Rancho Santa Margarita man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 100 block at 2:20 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A Dana Point woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1500 block at 1:49 a.m. Sunday.

Bluff Drive: A cell phone was reportedly used fraudulently to make $300 worth of calls in the 31000 block at 3:21 p.m. Monday.

Coast Highway: A man and woman who were fishing were rescued after they fell off of rocks at Treasure Island beach in the 30000 block at 8:44 a.m. Sunday.

Coast Highway: A sick pelican was taken into custody in the 30000 block at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Dumond Drive: An injured pelican was taken into custody in the 100 block of Victoria Beach at 2:49 p.m. Sunday.

Emerald Ridge: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 11:48 p.m. Monday.

Fourth Avenue: A Fullerton man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession in the 30000 block at 1:39 p.m. Tuesday.

San Tropez Court: An iPhone plug, watch and skateboard, totaling $4,010, were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block at 11:53 a.m. Jan. 27.

San Tropez Court: A purse and other items, totaling $400, were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block at 3:16 p.m. Jan. 27.

Vista del Sol: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 1:50 a.m. Sunday.
