News-Press Pet of the Day: Thor

From last week, Juno is still available and Max was adopted.

Thor is a 5-year-old, extra-large, silver, medium-haired cat. Thor is a very sweet, social and confident cat who is always seeking attention.

Pasadena Humane Society veterinarians have placed him on a special diet to assist him in losing weight. He needs a home where there are plenty of opportunities to keep him active.

The regular cat adoption fee is $70 which includes the spay or neuter surgery, microchip, vaccinations, and a free follow-up health check at a participating vet.

New adopters will receive complimentary health and wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information on how to care for your pet.

Call the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA at (626) 792-7151 to ask about A368780 or visit at 361 S. Raymond Ave. in Pasadena. Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
