Marjorie Beth Wilson February 7, 1922 - January 22, 2013

Longtime Glendale resident Marjorie Wilson passed away peacefully after a brief illness on January 22, 2013.

Marjorie was born in Meriden, Kansas. She received her nursing degree and joined the Army
Nurse Corps and served for 18 months in Army hospitals on the west coast.

After WWII, her family relocated to the Los Angeles area. She married Albert Wilson in 1952. They owned and ran J.H. Appliance Store in Glendale. She continued to run the business with her son, Rich, until this past year, when she moved to Windsor Manor. She was active in the Glendale First United Methodist Church, she loved to travel, square dance and spend time with her family and
friends. We will all miss her.

She is survived by her children, Becky (Jim) McAllister, Ruth Ann (John) Berg, Rich Wilson and
four grandchildren, Ryan (Angelique) McAllister, Trevor McAllister, Garrett McAllister and Kelly Berg.

Donations can be made in her memory to the American Heart Association or the First United
Methodist Church of Glendale.
