Following a very short illness, Victoria Corradi passed peacefully at home surrounded by family. She was 97 years of age and predeceased by Jim, her husband of 72 ½ years, who passed in December of 2009. They were both lovingly cared for by Rose Room Hospice in their last hours, fulfilling their mutual desire to pass away at home.
Vicki was born in Cherry, Illinois to Terso and Vincenza Novello Grossi on March 8, 1916. She moved to Burbank with her family in 1933, where she met James Corradi.
Along with daughter, Pamela, Vicki is survived by her brother John Grossi, grandsons Keith and James Heller, daughters-in-law Tarah and Kathie, great-granddaughters Regan and Sydney, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, including niece Sharon Culler who has been so helpful during Vicki’s last years.
A rosary will be held at St. Robert Bellarmine at 4PM on April 27 and a memorial Mass will be said on May 4 at 10AM at the same venue. Interment will be private.
Vicki was an active member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Vicki go to St. Robert Bellarmine or Providence High School in Burbank.
