Robert W. Doherty

Robert W. Doherty, 94 passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, January 26, 2014. He will be remembered by each of his 8 children and spouses, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He had a productive career in the entertainment business as a recording engineer working with notables, Joni James, Connie Frances and many others of his era. After retirement he pursued his life long passion of playing golf. In his later years he battled cancer and hearing loss. Those who met him found him in his personal and professional life found him to be very engaging with a sharp mind as evidenced by the fact that he wrote and published 2 books after the age of 83.

At his request, there will be no services.
