Clark Magnet High School, 4747 New York Ave. in La Crescenta, will open its doors to the public, including prospective students who are currently in the eighth grade, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Eighth-graders and their family members will be able to tour the campus, speak with teachers and see the school’s work spaces for manufacturing, animation, engineering and geographic information systems as well as photography and cinematography labs.

Members of Clark’s robotics team, known as Team 696, will display their robots throughout campus and host robotics and 3-D printing demonstrations in the school’s advanced engineering and manufacturing lab, said David Black, a Clark engineering and manufacturing teacher who coordinates the team.
