Alumni boys’ basketball games set

The 25th annual Crescenta Valley High boys’ basketball games will be held Nov. 25 at the school’s gymnasium, 2900 Community Drive, La Crescenta.

The varsity game will take place at 7:30 p.m. The Soph/Frosh game will begin at 4:30, followed by the Junior varsity contest at 6.

Assistant coaches needed at Hoover

The Hoover High girls’ water polo team is currently seeking an assistant coach for the upcoming season.

Boys and girls water polo players sought

A Santa Clarita Valley-based age group water polo club is seeking boys and girls between the ages of 11-13.

The club is run by Crescenta Valley High girls’ Athletic Director Pete Loporchio.
