A busy burglary night

Four commercial burglaries occurred Tuesday night and early Wednesday along Foothill Boulevard, three in La Crescenta and one in La Cañada.

According to Det. Brian Tibbett of the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station, entry was gained into all four stores, but nothing appeared to have been stolen. The stores along Foothill Boulevard were: 76 Service Station in the 3400 block at the corner of New York Avenue; 3-2-1 Talent Agency in the 3100 block; Dry Cleaners Plus in the 2700 block; and Garden Grill in the 2300 block, which has not yet opened and is located on the northwest corner of Foothill and Ocean View boulevards. All locations had windows smashed, allowing entry.
