Glendale Symphony Orchestra Assn. will have its sixth annual fundraising dinner “Springtime Extravaganza” beginning with social time at 6 p.m. at Oakmont Country Club, 3100 Country Club, Drive, Glendale. There will be a live auction, dinner, entertainment and presentation of the Bravo Award to Fran Buchanan of Buchanan Associates. Proceeds will go to the next Glendale Symphony concert. The play “Once Upon a Mattress” continues at 8 p.m. today at the Glendale Community College’s Auditorium Mainstage Theatre, 1500 N. Verdugo Road., Glendale.
