Lodestone Theatre Ensemble presents preview performances at 8 p.m. today and Friday of the world premiere of “Ten to Life” by Nic Cha Kim. Grove Theatre Center in George Izay Park, 1111 W. Olive Ave., Burbank. The show opens at 8 p.m. Saturday. Four twisted one-acts are featured in this production, including the story of a census agent who exposes a family’s perverse, hidden secret. Performances are 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sundays from May 2 to June 7, Tickets are $16, $14 for students/seniors and $12 for groups of 10 or more. The Fiesta of the Spanish Horse extravaganza pre-show begins at 3 p.m. at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, 480 W. Riverside Drive, Burbank. Glendale Centre Theatre presents “Here Lies Jeremy Troy,” a comedy by Jack Sharkey, at the theater, 324 N. Orange St., Glendale. The show is about a lawyer about to be made a partner at his firm, but he lacks a law degree. The same night his boss is coming to dinner to give him the promotion, an old buddy stops by and threatens to give him away.
