LaRee Janet Money entered into the presence of her Lord on Saturday, November 27, at the age of 78. She was born in Glendale, California to Joana Heeb Warmack and William Penn Warmack on October 10, 1932. She graduated from University High School in West Los Angeles and attended UCLA as an art major, where she was a member of Kappa Delta. She met her future husband, Alba Earl Money, Jr. while working at Pershing Square Garage in downtown Los Angeles, and they were married on May 14, 1954 and settled in Burbank to raise their family.

LaRee was a devoted wife and mother to her four children, Janet Money Hedke of Santa Clarita, Carol Money Jones of Casper, WY, Craig Money of Burbank, and Keith Money of Palmdale. She had a brief career in the Savings and Loan industry. She loved art and music and sang in the choir at church.

Her life revolved around her family, including her 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Her gentle spirit, gracious attitude, and unconditional love for her family have been an inspiration for all of us to live up to. She is survived by Al Money, her husband of 56 years, her brother Neil Warmack of Coon Rapids, MN, her four children, and all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of LaRee’s life will be held at Grace Baptist Church in Santa Clarita on Thursday, December 2 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Arthritis Foundation or the charity of your choice.
