Ernesto Garcia

Ernesto Garcia passed away the morning of April 20, 2011 at the age of 58 after a courageous, six-year battle with cancer. Born on January 1, 1953 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Ernesto Orlando Garcia came to the U.S. on May 1, 1970 where, through hard work and a brilliant mind, he made a beautiful home for himself and his family. Though a keen and successful businessman, Ernesto will be most remembered as a devoted husband, an adoring father and grandfather, a loyal friend, a passionate marathoner and the ultimate jokester. He will be eternally remembered by his wife of 38 years, Brenda, daughters Erika Kraetsch and Gabriella Garcia, son-in-law Rob Kraetsch, and grandson Maximilian. He is also survived by his mother, siblings, nieces and nephews and the countless friends and family members who mourn his loss. A private memorial service will be held at the family’s home on Saturday, April 30 from 1-4 pm.
