Editor, columnist honored at party Wednesday night

The public is invited to attend the retirement and anniversary party for features editor Joyce Rudolph and history columnist Katherine Yamada from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Glendale News-Press office, 221 N. Brand Blvd., second floor, Glendale. [This post was updated to correct the day.]

Rudolph is retiring from the News-Press and Burbank Leader after serving almost 36 years. Her last day at the newspaper is July 29. Yamada is being honored for writing columns for the News-Press for 25 years.
