Police Report - July 15, 2011

The following were taken from daily booking reports from the Glendale Police Department.

AREA 1

South Verdugo Road and East Colorado Street

Victor Nicholas, 30, was arrested July 11 on outstanding warrants for burglary and giving false information to a police officer.

600 block of South Verdugo Road

Steven Romero, 25, was arrested July 11 on suspicion of spousal assault.

South Brand Boulevard and Elk Avenue

Ivonne Rodriguez Ruiz, 22, was arrested July 12 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, driving without a valid license and an outstanding warrant for assault.

600 block of North Louise Street

Zaruhi Sahakyan, 24, was arrested July 12 on an outstanding warrant for possessing a controlled substance.

700 block of Chevy Chase Drive

Marine Takhmasyan, 24, was arrested July 12 on outstanding warrants for possessing methamphetamine, burglary and having prior arrests for petty theft.

South Central Avenue and West Lomita Avenue

John Jones, 39, was arrested July 14 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, violating parole and giving false information to a police officer. He was also arrested on outstanding warrants for possessing drug paraphernalia, loitering with the intent to commit prostitution and soliciting prostitution.

AREA 2

1200 block of North Central Avenue

Jose Solano, 28, was arrested July 11 on suspicion of giving false information to a police officer and an outstanding warrant for violating parole.

San Fernando Road and Ventura (134) Freeway

Steven Emmons, 26, was arrested July 13 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Central Avenue and Stocker Street

Juan Harris, 42, was arrested July 14 on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court or pay a fine.

AREA 3

1600 block of East Glenoaks Boulevard

Christopher Desabia, 53, was arrested July 12 on suspicion of being drunk in public.

Towne Street and North Verdugo Road

Fitzgerald Lawton, 26, was arrested July 13 on outstanding warrants for driving without a valid license and on a suspended license.

AREA 4

Honolulu Avenue and Orangedale Avenue

Edmond Zadeh, 46, was arrested July 11 on suspicion of driving on a suspended license.
