Fire guts Burbank Apartment

Burbank firefighter faught a stubborn apartment house fire in the 700 Block of Providencia today, the fire gutted one apartment on the second floor and caused damage to a couple of others. Damage was listed at $250,000 to the structure and $30,000 to the contents. One firefighter was treated for heat and transported to a local hospital. The cause is under investigation.
