Burbank man arrested for allegedly ‘sexting’ 15-year-old girl

A 48-year-old Burbank man has been arrested on suspicion of sending sexually explicit messages to a 15-year-old girl over the Internet.

The man, Stephen Fowlow, was arrested after officers, following up on a tip from Lake Havasu police, allegedly found evidence that he was “sexting” with other minors and possessed child pornography during a search of his home and workplace.

He was also arrested on suspicion of illegally possessing a firearm.

Fowlow is being held at a Los Angeles County jail in lieu of $160,000 bail.
