City is selling a scam

I believe that somebody on the Burbank City Council should ask for some statistics concerning the new smart electric meters being installed on our residences.

Everybody I know who has had one put on their house by the city has seen an almost three-fold increase in their electric bill. I cannot believe that the city’s old meters were off by that much.

I would like to see statistics concerning the difference in people’s household bill prior to and after installation. Seems like the city sold the citizens a bit of a scam.
