Magnolia Park Optimist Club honors Burbank officers

The Magnolia Park Optimist Club honored several from The Burbank Police Department this past week during a dinner held at the Burbank Elk’s Lodge.

Among those honored were Officer Harry Tarrell, Reserve Lieutenant Ken Crossman, Records Manager Jennifer Guevara, and Denise Fleck, who heads up volunteers at the Burbank Animal Shelter.

Police Chief Scott LaChasse spoke a little about each recipient, who were presented a plaque and certificate. Several members of the Optimist Club were present and enjoyed a turkey dinner with all the trimmings.
