Cash stolen from Rancho-area sushi restaurant
A burglar pried open a security door and stole an undisclosed amount of cash Wednesday from a Riverside Rancho neighborhood sushi restaurant, police said.
The owner of Sushi Nishi-Ya arrived at his business in the 1700 block of Victory Boulevard at about 7:30 a.m. to discover that a rear metal door had been pried open and money from a cash register was missing, according to Glendale police.
Police said the burglar was not seen and they were unable find additional evidence.
