‘Experiences’ on tap for GCC dance show

The dance department at Glendale Community College debuted its latest production this week and performances continue through Sunday.

The 43rd annual production features 50 dancers in 16 dances. Students perform and choreograph dances as part of their coursework at the college.

Admission is free, but early arrival is recommended because seating is limited. Children under 5 are not permitted.

Additional performances are slated for 12:20 p.m. today; 8 p.m. tonight, Friday and Saturday; and 2 p.m. Sunday in the Dance Theatre, located in Sierra Nevada building on the college campus, 1500 N. Verdugo Road.
