Man allegedly exposes himself at Carl’s Jr.

Prosecutors on Tuesday filed charges against a 53-year-old man who police said pulled down his pants and began masturbating in front of patrons who were eating inside a Carl’s Jr. restaurant in Glendale.

Julius Streator was charged with indecent exposure for the incident, which occurred Saturday at the fast-food restaurant in the 400 block of West Los Feliz Road, according to a Los Angeles County Superior Court criminal complaint.

He was reportedly sitting at table at 11:47 a.m. inside the restaurant, when he pulled down his pants and began touching himself for several minutes while patrons sat in tables nearby, according to Glendale police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.

One witness reportedly only saw Streator pull down his pants and expose his boxers, she added.

A 46-year-old Los Angeles man, who police didn’t identify, was inside the restaurant and was “extremely offended” by Streator’s behavior because children and adults were present, Lightfoot said.

He complained to restaurant management, who called police. But by the time they arrived, Streator had already exited the restaurant.

Hours later, Streator returned to the restaurant, where he was placed under citizen’s arrest and immediately taken into custody by officers.
