Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the person who punctured tires on 20 vehicles parked along a northeast Glendale street.

The vandalism likely occurred sometime between 10 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Ruberta Avenue, according to Glendale Police spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot.

Police believe the alleged vandal walked along Ruberta and used a device to pierce the side wall of any tires that faced the street.

Officers later discovered that nine other vehicles near Monterey Road and Louise Street also sustained similar damage.

Anyone with details about the vandalism or the suspect is asked to call the Glendale Police Department at (818) 548-4911.
