Letter: Cite bicyclists the same as drivers

I highly approve of measures being taken to make bicycle riding more safe, but all this is a two-way ticket!

Bicycle riders who break the law should be cited the same as drivers. I see riders ignoring stop signs, riding on sidewalks and paying no attention to bike routes there for their protection. In fact, a few days ago I saw a motorcycle going down the sidewalk on North Glendale Avenue!

Where is enforcement?
