Hospital’s choice of USC is a good one

Many of us have been waiting to hear what is going to happen with Verdugo Hills Hospital and we finally have our answer (“Verdugo Hills talks merger,” July 25).

I am sure that the members of the board of directors have given a lot of thought to make the decision to join USC. Glendale Adventist Medical Center would have swallowed us up. Verdugo Hills Hospital is the best. My husband and I have always had the best of personal care. Let’s hope it will stay small and personal.
