Letter: Claims department for Glendale’s Beeline is too far away

On Friday, Nov. 15, I had a Beeline bus driver call a supervisor because the bus doors had jammed onto my left foot, causing damage to my new diabetic orthotic shoes.

I called Beeline to follow up and spoke to a supervisor at Beeline who then gave me a number to call and file a claim. The contact name he gave me was a man who is in Iowa. I have to call Iowa to resolve and investigate an incident that occurred in Glendale, Calif.?
