Anni and Ashot Manukyan, with attorney Adam Wolf, speak about their ordeal at a press conference to talk about the Manukyan’s claim of negligence against the Los Angeles-based CHA Fertility Center at La Plaza de Cultura y Artes in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The Glendale couple is suing CHA Health Systems and CHA Fertility Center for negligence in the handling of their genetic samples in an effort to have a baby. Their sample was used for a couple in New York to conceive a baby while the Manukyan’s were given a sperm/egg sample from yet a different couple, a case involving three different couples.
