Crescenta Valley 72, Burroughs 62: Tyler Carlson finished with a game-high 42 points, including seven three-pointers, on Friday to spark host Crescenta Valley to a Pacific League victory.

The Falcons improved to 7-2, 1-1 in league.

St Francis 75, St Genevieve 46: Andre Henry tallied 17 points Friday to propel visiting St. Francis to a nonleague victory.

The Golden Knights (12-4) received 12 points from Jake Goldberg and 11 from Kai Glassen.

Flintridge Prep 51, Duarte 33: Flintridge Prep (2-4) recorded a nonleague home win Friday.

St. Monica Academy 67, L.A. International 49: James Grimm finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds Friday to lead the visiting Crusaders to an International League-opening win.

St. Monica improved to 6-3.

Burbank 58, Glendale 47: Glendale lost Friday in a Pacific League home contest.

The Nitros fell to 4-5, 1-1 in league.

Pasadena 86, Hoover 33: Hoover dropped a Pacific League home contest Friday.

St. Monica Academy 57, New Covenant Academy 24: Host St. Monica notched a nonleague win Thursday at New Revelation Baptist Church in Pasadena.

The Crusaders received 10 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists from Ernie Grimm.

The Nitros improved to 13-2, 2-0 in league.

Flintridge Prep 81, Westridge 21: Flintridge Prep began Prep League play Friday with a home victory.

The Rebels (8-2) received 16 points apiece from Ashley Chea and Sofia Gonzalez.

Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 57, Alhambra 23: Sophia Herredia scored 13 points and Manami Hayashi added 11 on Friday to lead Flintridge Sacred Heart (6-8) in a pool-play game of the Pasadena Poly Tournament.

Pasadena 73, Hoover 33: Hoover dropped a Pacific League game Friday.

Hoover got 12 points from Hasmik Ter Martirosyan.

Holy Martyrs 41, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 35: The Tologs dropped a pool-play contest in the Pasadena Poly Tournament on Thursday.

Jenna De Vera finished with 13 points for Flintridge Sacred Heart.
