BOYS’ BASKETBALL

Hoover 50, Santa Fe 47: Ando Adjemian’s 19 points led the Tornadoes to a nonleague win in the Pioneer Tournament on Wednesday. Hoover also got eight points from Arvin Atakhanian and seven from Francis Rocal.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 45, Brentwood 42: Dana Budzyn finished with 13 points Wednesday for the host Tologs (8-3) in a nonleague game. Casey Johnson added 11 points for Sacred Heart.

Flintridge Prep 39, Ramona Convent 36: Maya Okamoto had 12 points and Tala Ismail added 10 on Wednesday for the visiting Rebels (5-2) in a nonleague contest.
