La Cañada Flintridge Library celebrates system’s 100th anniversary

Young readers were transformed into adventurers in search of hidden secrets Saturday as the La Cañada Flintridge Library hosted a scavenger hunt.

The event was part of a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Los Angeles County Public Library system. Libraries around the region hosted events and celebrations, and asked readers to contribute their entries for a list of their 100 favorite books of all time.
