Guild to host ‘A Day in May’ for hospital
The Flintridge Guild of Children’s Hospital will host “A Day in May” luncheon and boutique on Friday, May 9, at the California Club in Los Angeles. The event will benefit Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Leslie Kevorkian is chairing the event. Members and their guests will have the opportunity to shop with 17 vendors showcasing a broad range of items, including housewares, gifts, jewelry, natural cosmetics, clothing and handbags, suitable for Mother’s Day gifts. Lunch will follow. Two guest speakers will address the group about their experiences with the hospital.
“We anticipate a sold-out event and a fabulous day of fundraising for the Guild and for the Hospital,” Kevorkian stated in a news release.
