LCF TRA to Host Happy Hour

The La Cañada Flintridge Tournament of Roses Association will hold its December “Happy Hour” under the 210 Freeway on Hampstead Road on Dec. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Those attending are asked to bring a hearty hors d’oeuvre. This is the event each year when the Association brings its Rose Parade float from the construction site behind Valley Water Company to the parking lot of Flintridge Preparatory School where it is decorated. It is the first opportunity for the community to view the float.

In addition, floatique items such as T-shirts, patches, pins and other float-related merchandise will be available for sale.
