Karen Spalding Applauded by Dilbeck Realtors

Karen Spalding with Dilbeck Realtors GMAC’s La Cañada Flintridge office was recently congratulated by branch managers Lynn Beckenhauer and Carole Kunz as they applauded her as a quarterly sales leader.

Spalding has been a full-time Realtor since 1977 and has specialized in the La Cañada Flintridge community her entire career. She has successfully completed several hundred residential transactions ranging from starter homes to major estates, during all economic and financial cycles. Spalding is a professional with integrity, dedication and diligence. She has consistently ranked among the top of the multi-million sales achievers in the area. It was recently announced that Dilbeck Realtors GMAC Real Estate management team consisting of 40 managers and department heads, gathered in Temecula, for the firm’s annual retreat.

Steve Murray, editor of RealTrends the trusted source of information for the residential real estate market place across the United States, served as this year’s facilitator. Murray brought a great deal of informative information to the table, addressing the industry trends, technology and the attributes of great companies.
