Oswaldo Jose Busquets Gaulin and Heather Ann Fox To Be Wed

Ed and Ellie Fox of La Cañada Flintridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Ann, to Oswaldo Jose Busquets Gaulin.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy and California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo where she majored in interior design and was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Heather is employed as an interior designer for Richmond American Homes in Northridge.

Her fiance is the son of Oswaldo Ramon and Maria Elena Busquets of Caracas, Venezuela. He is a graduate of the Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas where he majored in finance.

He also holds a master’s degree in economics from the Universiciad Central de Venezuela. Oswaldo is employed as a director of finance for Telepacific Communications in Los Angeles.

The wedding will take place on March 31 in Malibu. After a honeymoon Barcelona, Spain, the newlyweds will reside in Santa Monica.
