Banz-Sullivan Wedding to Take Place Next Month

Jennifer Banz and Tony Sullivan, both 1989 graduates of La Cañada High School, have announced they are planning an August wedding at La Cañada Presbyterian Church.

Tony surprised Jennifer by offering her an engagement ring while on the slopes during a skiing trip to Mammoth.

Jennifer is the daughter of Ted Banz of Rancho Mirage and the late Janet Banz. Tony is the son of David and Diane Sullivan of La Cañada Flintridge.

The bride-to-be’s grandmother is Edith Rohrback of Vero Beach, Fla. and the groom’s grandfather is Morris Sullivan of Toluca Lake.

Following graduation from LCHS, Jennifer attended Chapman University, where she was active in Delta Gamma sorority, the softball team and in student government. She graduated from Chapman in 1999 and is now the Los Angeles regional manager for It’s Just Lunch.

Tony graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 1997, where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He is operations/finance manager for Ultra RPM.
