After pulling over the car, deputies found that the car had been reported stolen, and arrested the driver, 25-year-old Matthew Decker of Pollock Pines, Sgt. Ray Harley of the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station said on Monday.

Decker had started driving on Foothill Boulevard at Cornishon Avenue, but deputies didn’t know at what point he started driving on the wrong side of the road, said Harley.
