Crime Blotter, April 29: $550 worth of jewelry stolen from car

4400 block of La Granada Way: Auto burglary, 9 p.m. or earlier. Passenger window of a locked Honda Civic pried open, $550 worth of jewelry stolen.

4400 block of Chevy Chase Drive: Auto burglary, 10:30 a.m. or earlier. An iPod and a wallet were stolen from a locked Honda CR-V parked in the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge.

1100 block of Atlee Drive: Auto burglary, 8 a.m. or earlier. A canvas gym bag containing Adidas shoes was stolen from the cargo area of an unlocked Subaru Outback.

4600 block of Grand Avenue: Auto burglary, 8:30 p.m. or later. A wallet and a GPS device were stolen from an unlocked Nissan Xterra. Three empty beer bottles were found near the car.

895 Foothill Boulevard: Shoplifting, 6 p.m. or later. A Samsung Galaxy phone, valued at $650, was taken from the AT&T store. The incident was not captured on the store’s security cameras. The phone was attached to a security latch, but only the front part of the phone was taken.
