Junior high principal to take La Cañada Unified role

Anais Wenn is set to become assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction of the La Cañada Unified School District, officials announced Friday.

Wenn is currently the La Cañada High School 7/8 principal. The school board is expected to approve the appointment at their March 26 meeting. Wenn would then start her new role on July 1.

In a statement, Supt. Wendy Sinnette said Wenn has an “impeccable track record as a leader in curriculum and instruction.”

Wenn has held her current role for three years. Previously, she was the principal of Palm Crest Elementary.

School officials have begun a search to fill Wenn’s current position, according to a statement.
